National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is this Friday! February 3rd!
Now how fun is that? It is thought that the unofficial holiday was first created in the 1960s by Florence Rappaport in Rochester, New York as a way to entertain her children on a cold and snowy morning. Her brilliant idea took root and has now become a holiday celebrated by people around the world. I kind of like this holiday, mostly because I love ice cream, who doesn't?
Here are some fun ways to celebrate this awesome holiday:
Pancakes with ice cream and golden maple syrup.
Add ice cream to your breakfast favorites.
Or just have a big bowl of ice cream this Friday morning!
If more holiday's included eating ice cream I think the world would be a happier place, how about you?
